The Saints Of God Will Serve God Forever.

In Revelation 22 verse 3b, the servants mentioned here are also the saints of God (or the wife of Jesus Christ). They will serve God during this period. While a full picture of what these services will be is not given in this passage, this service will include reigning over natural human beings of that era forever in Revelation 22 verse 5. God’s name will be on their forehead so that anywhere they go within the “New Heavens and Earth”, these saints will be recognised as ambassadors of Jesus Christ. (Revelation 22 verse 4). Saints Will Live Forever With Jesus Christ.

In I Thessalonians  5 verses 10 - 11, all the Saints of God during the current dispensation of human existence on earth will live forever with Jesus Christ in the “New Jerusalem”. All their past sorrows and challenges in the current world (i.e where they once lived before death) will be forever forgotten.  They will forever inherit all the blessings and good things which God initially ordained His creatures to enjoy before the curse of sin came into the current world. Read Revelation 21 verse 7. In Daniel 7 verse 27, all these saints will forever inherit the Kingdom and will rule natural human beings of this era as kings and priest of God’s everlasting and eternal government prophesied in Daniel 2 verses 34, 44 & 45, Revelation 5 verses 9 & 10. Saints And Angels Will Be Equal During The “New Heaven And Earth”.

The book of Revelation 22 verses 8 - 9 shows that during this era, all glorified saints (or the same as the resurrected ones) will be equal to the angels. The angel in this passage reminded John that he (the angel) is just a servant as any of the saints that have ever previously lived on earth (i.e during the first or current dispensation of mankind). This truth is corroborated by Matthew 22 verse 30, Mark 12 verse 25. The state of existence of the saints of this era will be exalted above their previous existence as human beings. The saints of this era who previously existed on the current earth as human beings will be exalted with power and authority over the future generations of human beings that will be born onto the “New Heavens and Earth” . God’s design is that natural human beings (including Jesus Christ as a human being 2,000 years ago) should be lower than angelic beings. Read Psalm 8 verse 5, Hebrews 2 verses 7 & 9. Everlasting Life Is The Eternal Reward Of The Saints.

In  Revelation 22 verse 12 the second coming of Jesus Christ will usher all His people that have ever lived on earth into everlasting life. Participation in these eternal events will only be possible as a result of devotion to Christ in this current world. Read Mark 10 verses 28 – 30. It is therefore compulsory for any human being that wants to participate in this eternal life to obey God’s commandment in this current world. (Revelation 22 verse 14). All those who fails to obey God in this current world, can never gain access into the city of God in the “New Jerusalem”. (Revelation 22 verse 15). Click here to view topical index

No More Tears, Sin And Death Forever And Ever.

In Isaiah 25 verse 8, Revelation 21 verse 4 God will eternally take away the challenges and sorrows that any of His people went through during their first existence on Earth. There will never again be reasons to shed tears of sorrow or know the loss of death. Death will be the last enemy that will be defeated. And for all eternity none of God’s creature will ever no death again.

“So when this corruptible shall have put on incorruption, and this mortal shall have put on immortality, then shall be brought to pass the saying that is written, Death is swallowed up in victory. O death, where is thy sting? O grave, where is thy victory? The sting of death is sin; and the strength of sin is the law. But thanks be to God, which giveth us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.
Therefore, my beloved brethren, be ye stedfast, unmoveable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, forasmuch as ye know that your labour is not in vain in the Lord.
I Corinthians 15 verses 54 – 58. Click here to view topical index
